Customer Support Specialist

We have an open Customer Support Specialist position in our Seven Hills support team.

Requirements:

Fluent in English
Fluent in Arabic (Gulf dialect)
Willingness to work with email, messages, texts, and chats
Ability to follow instructions with precision and focus
Punctuality; the ability to work according to a project timeline and manage multiple projects at once

Responsibilities:

Work 2x2 shifts (08:00–16:00 UTC)
Help us provide the best player support ever in the game development industry
Work closely with the global support team based in several different countries

Details:

Provide support service to gamers all over the world for our games, which appear on several mobile platforms
Work closely with the managers from other offices to provide support service for our top tier, VIP customers
Follow existing procedures while helping create new procedures and answer templates for the global support team

Game Designer

Requirements:

At least 3 years’ experience in game design
Portfolio of launched promotions to attract monetization and player engagement
Ability to analyze statistical data and form hypotheses
Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic SQL querying skills
Current knowledge of mobile gaming trends
English at a level that allows the candidate to read technical documentation
Good knowledge about the game design and paying players of the top games in the App Store and Google Play

Desired:

Experience successfully launching mobile products
Experience playing casual games
Proficiency in spoken and written English

Server Developer

We are seeking a Senior Java Developer to advance the back end of our high-load social service.

Responsibilities:

Design and develop high-load and fail-safe services
Optimize current solutions

Requirements:

Excellent knowledge of Core Java, popular libraries and frameworks, algorithms, data structures, and coding patterns
Experience with multithreaded programming and designing client-server distributed applications
Experience working and designing data storage in various systems (SQL/NoSQL/cache)
Skill using *nix-like systems
Communication skills and the ability to work in a team
